I totally agree with the last statement. Just came back from a cruise with the Santa Cruz. Don`t think that anybody on board had problems with sea sickness. They also offer pills for free. Just in case.
But just go to a travel agency and ask for more information. I personally booked at Midland Trace and it I paid less than most of the other guys on the boat. But most of the travel agencies in Ecuador offer similar prices (some 100 or 200 dollars more or less for a cruise.)Metropolitain touring would be the direct provider for Santa Cruz.

A further recommendation: Go for 6 days at least. Only flight and park entrance are so expensive. And there is a lot to see. ;)
